I entered the wrong licence plate?

We can change up to two characters before your vignette's start date. Once your vignette has started, changes are no longer possible — in that case, you'll need to purchase a new vignette.

Haven't received your confirmation email?

This is most likely due to a typo in the email address you entered. Please contact our support team using the help centre with your full name, licence plate number, and correct email address — we'll make sure your confirmation is resent right away.
